不同有机肥对旱地酸性红壤化学性质和蔬菜产量与品质的影响
Effects of different organic fertilizers on soil properties and vegetable quality in acidic red soil dryland

为研究不同有机肥施用对酸性红壤化学性质和蔬菜产量与品质的影响,开展田间试验,设置不施肥(NF)、单施化肥(NPK)、猪粪有机肥(PM)、牛粪有机肥(CM)和生物有机肥(BM)5个处理,分析不同施肥对土壤化学性质、碳循环相关酶活性以及蔬菜产量和品质指标的影响。结果表明,与NPK处理相比,施有机肥处理显著提高了土壤pH(P<0.05),土壤酸性指标显著改善,同时显著提高了土壤总有机碳和易氧化有机碳含量,其中CM和BM处理总有机碳含量分别显著增加了48.6%和45.2%(P<0.05),并不同程度提高了土壤总氮、速效钾、有效磷、碱解氮含量及阳离子交换量;BM处理对改善土壤化学性质效果最显著。施用有机肥处理提高了土壤碳循环相关酶活性,除β-葡萄糖甘酶外均达到显著水平,且以CM处理效果最明显,与NPK处理相比,其淀粉酶、蔗糖酶活性分别显著提高了2.78和7.15倍(P<0.05)。施有机肥显著提高了蔬菜产量,但未对Vc、总酸和可溶性糖含量产生显著影响,且不同有机肥处理之间蔬菜产量与品质差异不显著。施用有机肥可以抑制单施化肥所导致的土壤总酸增加,提高碳含量和相关酶活性,从而提高蔬菜产量和品质,牛粪有机肥和生物有机肥对改善旱地酸性红壤的效果优于猪粪有机肥。
Abstract:To study the effects of different organic fertilizers on the chemical properties of acidic red soil and yield and quality of vegetables, a field experiment was conducted with five treatments: no fertilizer (NF), chemical fertilizer only (NPK), pig manure organic fertilizer (PM), cattle manure organic fertilizer (CM), and bio-organic fertilizer (BM). Soil chemical properties, carbon cycle-related enzyme activities, and vegetable yield and quality indicators were analyzed. The results show that compared with the NPK treatment, the application of organic fertilizers significantly increases soil pH (P<0.05), improves soil acidity indicators, and increases total organic carbon and easily oxidized organic carbon content in the soil . Among them, the total organic carbon in CM and BM increases by 48.6% and 45.2%, respectively (P<0.05); and total nitrogen, available potassium, available phosphorus, alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen and cation exchange capacity are also improved to varying degrees. The BM treatment exhibits the most significant effect on improving soil chemical properties. The application of organic fertilizers increases all soil carbon cycle-related enzyme activities significantly except for β-glucosidase, with the CM treatment being the most effective. Compared with the NPK treatment, the amylase and sucrase activities in the CM treatment increase by 2.78 and 7.15 times, respectively (P<0.05). The application of organic fertilizers significantly increases vegetable yield overall, but has no significant effects on Vc, total acid and soluble sugar content. No significant differences in vegetable yield and quality among different organic fertilizer treatments are found. The application of organic fertilizers can inhibit the increase in soil total acid caused by the application of chemical fertilizers alone, increases carbon content and related enzyme activities, thereby increasing vegetable yield and quality. Cattle manure organic fertilizer and bio-organic fertilizer are more effective than pig manure organic fertilizer in improving the acidic red soil in dryland.
